What We Do - Repair Process

In order for the repair process to start, you first have to get an appraisal. It is your right to get your repair done at any auto body shop you choose. Our appraisal estimates are free, with no appointment necessary. If your vehicle is not drivable, we help provide you with towing options.

With the appraisal, you are given all the information on all damages and costs that can be seen to your vehicle.

After you have been in contact with your insurance company, they will give you an insurance claim number. This claim number is needed for all work and video imaging to be done. With all of this in place, we are easily able to work with your insurance company and adjustor to get any additional information.

We order all the parts necessary for your repair, and when all parts are in, we give you a call to drop your vehicle off with us so we can begin the repair process.

Ensuring that the course of repair is as easy on you as possible, we offer a key box drop off, so you can leave your vehicle with us at any time, even if it's not during our regular hours.

In an Accident - Check List

Request a tow from the scene of the accident. If your vehicle has already been moved for storage or safety we can assist you in having your vehicle towed from the storage location.
